H3 Mobile Entertainment: Prepping for Your Epic Event!

Planning an unforgettable party with H3 Mobile Entertainment? Here’s a handy checklist for each of our services to ensure everything runs smoothly:

Gaming Bus:

  • Space: Clear a minimum of 50 feet of space, ideally alongside a street with sidewalk access. Driveways are off-limits!
  • Power: Our primary power source is a generator, but emergency backup power is YOUR responsibility. Provide an accessible outlet near the setup location.
  • Additional Notes:
    • Restrooms are available onboard the bus.
    • Consider having trash receptacles nearby.
    • Discuss internet access needs with our team in advance if needed.

Laser Tag:

  • Power: Please provide a working electrical outlet near the designated setup area for our equipment.
  • Tables & Chairs: We bring our own tables and chairs for your convenience.
  • Tents: We provide shade tents for outdoor events.
  • Equipment: We supply all necessary laser tag gear for your party.
  • Additional Notes:
    • A minimum of 10 players is required for a laser tag event.
    • No restrooms are available onsite, so plan accordingly.
    • Discuss any specific terrain preferences or obstacles with our team beforehand.

Foam Party:

  • Power: It’s your responsibility to provide working electrical power at the event location.
  • Foam Cannon & Equipment: We bring the Foam Cannon machine, solution, safety gear, and a tent.
  • Optional Extras: We offer music and additional add-ons – inquire for details!

Photo Booth:

  • Power: You’ll need to provide reliable electrical power for the photo booth.
  • Booth & Backdrop: We provide the photo booth itself, with an optional backdrop available upon request.
