We currently operate in and around Memphis, TN and the metro area including Collierville, Germantown, Bartlett, Cordova, Millington, Arlington, Byhalia, Olive Branch, Southaven, and Horn Lake. Rental process
Yes. Our services require a deposit to book, unless we notify you that a deposit is not required. That is mostly recommended to corporate customers who want to keep their accounting simple. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays. However, we’ll try our best to accommodate last-minute requests!

Basic details like date, time, location, and chosen service are crucial. Additional information about event theme, special requests, etc., helps us curate a personalized experience.
We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations. That is why we make offer final payments up to two days prior to the event. Please read our policies for updated info on our refunds. We understand situations change. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss adjustments. Depending on availability and policy terms, changes may be possible.
We monitor weather forecasts closely and if necessary, we will reschedule your event for a mutually agreeable date or offer alternative solutions. Our gaming bus can operate in the rain. We do not operate during lightning. We try our best to check with you two days prior to the event to make arrangements due to the weath.
We recommend checking individual service pages for specific age restrictions or recommendations. Please note that adult supervision is required for younger participants in some activities, especially for kids 6 and under.
