Participant Waiver

At H3 Mobile Entertainment, we strive ensure the safety of all participants in any of our mobile entertainment activities. We do require all participants to have a signed release of liability (waiver) allowing guests to participate at their own risk. While the risk of any injury is minimal, many of our games entail dancing, running, stepping up and down stairs on a bus, and moving about. Guests do so at their own risk.
